Shipping Times

As soon as we receive your order, we being packing your selections and, in most cases, your order is out the door and on its way to you within one business day.

However, there are some exceptions.

Some of the products we offer are held for us in other warehouses around the country, and the outbound shipping process for these other warehouses may add a couple of days to the turnaround time.

Also, some of the products we offer need time to be personalized,such as imprinting a name or embroidering a phrase you specified, or baking the cookies at the professional bakery!

In each of these cases, we have added a note to the product's page here on our web site, alerting you if the product will take a little longer than usual.
For example, you may see a message such as this:

This product can only be shipped to addresses within the U.S.
Can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes, or APO or FPO.
Not available for express shipping.
This product is made-to-order.
This product will arrive in approximately 2 weeks,
no matter which shipping option you select when you place your order.

All of the other products on our web site which do not have this special messsage are in our warehouse and ready to be on their way to you within one business day.
