Q: Where can I get a coupon code to save money on my order today?

A: Our current coupon code can be found on our Facebook Fan Page. Click on "coupon code" in the notes section on left the left side of our Facebook page.

Q: I need my order tomorrow. Help!

A: We are often able to assist customers who need their order the next business day, including Saturdays. Please call us at 603-689-6005 and we will personally assist you. You must reach us by 10:00am Eastern time, so that we will have time to pack your order and get it out to the loading dock before our carrier pick-up that day. There is a $5.00 service fee for this "pack-same-day" service.

Q: Do you guarantee your shipping times?

A: We guarantee that which we can control, which means we guarantee that we will pack your order and have it on its way to you for the shipping option you have selected.

We currently have a 99.8% on time delivery history. That is, 99.8% of the customers we have served since 2001 have received their order on or before the day we specified for arrival.

However, there are some factors outside of our control, and these accounted for that other 0.02%. For example, severe weather situations and power outages may cause the carrier (whether UPS, USPS, etc) to be unable to deliver on the scheduled day. We will do our very best to get your order to you very quickly but we also recommend that you order as early as possible to be sure you receive your order on time.

Q: Do you have special pricing for Martial Arts schools?

A: We have partnered with the Academy of Martial Arts, the Wholesale Martial Arts Supermarket, for distribution of our products to their wholesale accounts. Qualified Martial Arts school instructors and ownes may apply at Martial Arts Supermarket.

Q: Do you deliver on Saturdays?

A: Usually - yes, many of our products can be delivered on a Saturday, to addresses in the U.S. Order on a Wednesday and select our STANDARD shipping option, or order on a Thursday and select our EXPRESS shipping option, and you will receive your order for party plates, cups, napkins, tablecover, invitations, thank you cards, loot bags, party favors, and all scrapbook supplies on Saturday. Other products, such as gifts, apparel, room decor, and personalized items take a bit longer and can not be delivered on a Saturday.

Please note, however, that a Saturday delivery could depend on your own neighborhood post office. With the current economy, many post offices are reducing their hours or their services. We will be sure to send your order out in time for your Saturday delivery, but unfortunately we can not be responsible for any usual delivery schedules in your area.

We use the postal service for Saturday deliveries because the cost of a Saturday delivery from another carrier, such as UPS, is quite high. However, if you would like us to use UPS to deliver to you on a Saturday, please call us to discuss your situation.

Q: Can I phone in my order?

A: Yes, we are happy to accept your order, answer your questions, and hear your suggestions via phone. Please call us at 603-689-6005 between 9:00am and 6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Saturday.

Q: Can I pay by check?

A: Yes, you can use the pay-by-check feature on PayPal. Just place your order here, and then select PayPal as your payment method. You will be redirected to the PayPal site where you will have the option to enter your personal or business checking account number. In this case, we will need to wait for PayPal to tell us that your check has cleared -- approximately 3 business days -- before we can ship your order.

Q: Do I have to be home to sign for my order when it arrives?

A: If the total value of your order (not including shipping cost) is under $200, then NO, you do not need to be home to sign for your delivery. If the total value of your order is more than $200, then YES, we will ask the postal carrier or UPS delivery person to require that an adult is home (or at your delivery address) to sign to confirm receipt of delivery.

Q: Do you charge a sales tax?

A: No, we are based in New Hampshire, a state which does not have a sales tax. Therefore, we do not charge a sales tax on any of our orders shipped within the U.S. If you are an international customer, you may possibly be charged a tax or other fee when your order arrives, depending upon the laws of your country.

Q: How do I send a gift to someone?

A: When you place your order, you may enter a gift message in the you will have the option to enter the same address for your shipping and billing address, or two different addresses - one for billing (your address) and another, noted as "other", for shipping (your gift recipient's address.) When we see a different billing and shipping address, we will automatically ensure that no pricing information is included in the shipment. We will only include a packing list, with no prices, in the shipment. We will e-mail you the actual receipt for your own records.

We are happy to include your message in your order. Just enter your gift message in the "Comments" field of the check-out form. We will ensure that the message is included with your shipment.

Q: I live close to New Hampshire. Can I come pick up my order?

A: While our offices are located in New Hampshire, our inventory is housed in several warehouses around the country. It would not be possible for you to come to our New Hampshire office to pick up your order.

A: While our main office is located in New Hampshire, our inventory is shipped out of several warehouses around the country. The only way to be certain when your order will arrive is to select the shipping option that best fits your needs when you go through our on-line check-out. We'll make sure everything gets to you in the timeframe you selected (or, in the case of certain products, in the timeframe specified on that product's web page.)

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?

A: Yes, we ship to many countries including Canada, Mexico, and parts of Europe. For details, please see our International Shipping page.
